We apologize that we do not accept any refund once payment is made.

Exchange Policy

We would think you will like what you have brought. However, for any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with the item you brought, you may exchange it within 7 days from the original purchase date for local parcel and 20days for overseas parcel. Merchandise must be returned and received unworn in the original packaging.

Please note that there will not be any refund or reimbursement should the exchange item price be lower than the original item. However, buyer will have to top up should there be any price difference. We would advise you to select something of the same price.

For any exchange, we cannot be held responsible for the item till we receive it. We seek for your understanding that we will not be liable for any missing or damaged stocks through these postages.

Alternatively, you may exchange your item at our office to avoid any lost postage or charges.

Any applying shipping or postage charges are to be borne by the buying party unless for defective items.

Defective Goods

All defective items will have to be informed to Lavena on the day of receiving the goods. Be it email or a call to the office. All goods will be carefully checked before sending out.
