Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I shop online?

    Please start with registration to be a member first. Once registration is done, you may set to start shopping by adding the items into your shopping bag. Once you have selected your items, proceed to check out. You will then receive an electronic invoice indicating the model and total amount in which you need to make payment.

  2. How can I pay for my order?

    For local buyers, we suggest you pay through ATM funds transfer or Internet bank transfer.

    For both local and overseas buyer, we accept all payment by Mastercard or VISA.

  3. How do I know if Lavena have received my order?

    When you placed an order with Lavena, we will send you an electronic invoice indicting the model and total amount in which you need to make payment.

    Once payment is made, we will then packed and dispatch the item out to you.

  4. How long will the delivery time be?

    Delivery will be done by singpost airmail and will mostly take 2 – 14 working days depending on the location send.

  5. Can I nominate a day and time for delivery?

    Unfortunately, the singpost airmail do not allow such request.

  6. What happens if I am not around to receive my delivery.

    It is always better to deliver under registered parcel as the postman will leave a note at your house if you are not there to collect the item. You may then call and rearrange for another timing to deliver or proceed to the post office to collect it on your own.

  7. How can I stop an order?

    Unfortunately, once payment is made, you won’t be able to stop the order.

  8. What do I do with an order that I find not suitable?

    You may email to Lavena exchange processing department to do an exchange. Please read size chart carefully before ordering to avoid any wrong size ordered. If there is ever still a need to change the size, send it back to us using singpost and we will deliver back to you personally for free for the first time. Please note that charges sending back to us for exchange will be borne by you.

  9. Does Lavena produce shoe size 240mm and above?

    We are quite surprised to know that the biggest size for Koreans is size 240mm, therefore, the manufacturer there usually don’t produce shoes beyond size 240mm. The best way to get the more accurate size for your feet from Lavenashoes is to use a string or a ruler to measure your feet in cm. Afterwhich, multiply cm by 10 to get sizes in mm and you be ready to order. Otherwise, we would politely ask you to come down to our humble office to try on the shoes if you really like our designs.
  10. What do I do if I didn’t receive any electronic invoice from Lavena upon ordering?
     
    If you did not receive a confirmation electronic invoice from Lavena within 2 days, please call or email us to inform.          
  11. Is there any way where we can try on the shoes?
    Our small showroom is open from 10am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. However, if you want to come down during weekends, we will gladly open up to you. Please do make an appointment through email or call the office if you decided to pop by to try on the shoes physically.
